Mobile Notarization Appointments
As a mobile notary, I will meet you in a location that is most convenient to you, your home, your place of work, or somewhere else (retirement homes or coffee shops!).
CA sets notarized signature fees at $15.00 per signature. My standard travel fee is $25.00 ($50 travel fee for any hospital/LTC facility & $75.00 for any detention facility in SD County).
**additional signatures are $15.00/each. Additional fees for document preperation, wait times, parking fees, witnesses, after hours & urgent appointments. All signers must have a valid government issued identification.

Mortgage Documents
I am a registered Loan Signing Agent with the National Notary Association and am happy to help you with your mortgage documents.
All loan notarizations are $150.00 flat fee and include document printing, notarization, travel feels, and scan/mail backs to your lender. All signers must have a valid government issued identification.

Apostille Services
An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates an official document for use in another country. Apostilles can only be issued by the Secretary of State of the state who issued the document. As an Apostille Agent, my role is to help coordinate that authentication for you. Learn more about Apostilles HERE.
I offer Apostille services for documents issued in all states. Turn around time varies greatly from state to state. Please ask what the current wait times are.
My fee is $175.00 which includes notarization of signatures on one document, overnight delivery to the designated Secretary of State, and then delivery back to you once it returns. Additional fees may apply.
